Goldsmiths Research Online is a repository of research publications and other research output conducted during the course of academic work at Goldsmiths.

The repository also holds Goldsmiths' collection of doctoral theses. These are added by the Library.

Goldsmiths staff members (only) are able to log in to a personal account to add details of their research.

It is not possible to create an account for yourself if you are not Goldsmiths researcher, but you will still be able to see all records and any full-text which is available.

The repository contains:

  • Bibliographic information about Goldsmiths research output (metadata)
  • Full text research articles, sample book chapters, working papers and monographs when copyright conditions make this possible.
  • Images of visual art works, documentation of time-based and complex multi-media research outputs, digital and website archives.
  • PhD theses

    • The repository is intended to provide long-term, public, free access to these materials on the web.

    Please note that not all items are available as full-text. If you find a citation of something which is not available to view, we suggest that you ask at your own university or local library about other means to access the article or book.

    Goldsmiths Research Online is managed by the Library, in collaboration with the Research Office and IT Services. Built on open access principles using open source technical standards, it functions alongside traditional publishing, copyright and IP arrangements.
